Don Pancho Beach Resort



An application has been filed in the Supreme Court of Queensland, Australia to appoint statutory trustees to sell the Don Pancho Beach Resort property at Bargara in Queensland.  

A resolution was passed by a majority vote of members at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 11 May 2016 in favour of making this application. 

The application will be heard by the Supreme Court of Queensland at Brisbane on 12 April 2017 at 10.00am. If you wish to be heard on the application, you may appear or have a lawyer appear for you.  
If you do not appear, the Court may assume that you do not oppose the application and may make orders in your absence.
